Carry On

sea shells

Carry on!
Let no one tell you
Which way the wind may blow.
Your heart is instinct.
Love knows no bounds.
So carry on,
Head high,
For even the eagles
Are jealous
Of your flight.

  1. Nice imagery, and a well written poem. I’ve followed – I’m a fellow writer myself who writes short stories. I’m working on a novel right now, and would love to hear some feedback on my stories 🙂 Thanks anyways, and keep writing 🙂

  2. I love this, especially the line about the Eagles being jealous of your flight. Thought that was brilliant.
