There I lay in an open casket
Sending a message from the afterlife to the pathetic ba****d
Who tortured and maimed me upon hearsay
All the while hoping the situation will eventually go away
Growing up without a father figure
Surrounded by unfamiliar town folk who only know me by “n****r”
Here I lay 5’4 150 pounds with a stocky frame
Years later the rules of engagement still remains the same
All in all my death was not in vain
For the tables are still tilted; the scars and the chains remain
