This book was written to help a person find their internal quarrels in written words. Written words bring about a different perspective. To overcome something, you must be able to see it from a different viewpoint, you must be able to analyze and understand it in order to accept it or move past it. The most important step in the healing process is acknowledgement that what you are feeling is okay to feel, and that you are not alone in those feelings.
