Shining The Spotlight On: Sheila Ann Anderson

Spot 6

The View
We each see many things during our life’s objective
From a very unique and in-depth perspective
What one may think is quite exquisite and grand
I may feel is questionable and should possibly be banned

When you look at all that goes on in this wild world bared
We can see many variations of the messages shared
Some make you feel warm, cozy, and safe inside
While others leave one feeling sad and just going along for the ride

If you sit upon your gold-gilded, grandiose high-horse
The world seems a much better place, of course
Than if one sits alone, clouded in the dark dirt
Yet, we tend to look up to others that cause all the hurt

This world that we live in can seem so topsy-turvy
The roads can seem so narrow, dangerous, and curvy
We must keep our eyes open and simply forge ahead
Trying to avoid all the negativity that make us feel dread

Once we eventually reach the great end
Finally, arriving at the grand finish line
Hopefully by then, we will surely comprehend
Seeing everything clearly, feeling just fine
