Summer-Writing-Prompt-2

Little Red Wagon

A little creaky,

Handle well worn,

Wagon wheels polished,

Small labeled white letters,

Named “Red Flyer”,

For just a few bucks,

Couldn’t pass it up,

My sister and I thought,

“Maybe we’ll set a doll in it or a stuffed bear?”

However fate had a far cooler plan,

That tiny red wagon,

Became a lot of things in a young boys hands,

So in the end these memories were far more valuable,

Than 2 dollars could ever buy.
