Featured Writer: Daginne Aignend

Was it coercion
the moment you put
a sack over my head
I didn’t protest, didn’t scream
My mind couldn’t react
nor could my body
as I was paralyzed by fear
Was it consent
because I was silent
You didn’t notice
my weeping soul
the moment you put
a sack over my head
and took what was mine

  1. Always with feeling and deep emotion Inge. No one should face this fear and confusion, but I am glad you are alive and willing to share it. Thank you.
