As the sun falls on your philanthropic soul,
The world sees the beauty you left behind in your peers,
You always win in a magnanimous manner but to you it never matters,
You’ve been forsaken more than once
And the feeling of trepidation creeps every time you meet a new one,
But when we met I sensed you had a sense of equanimity within you,
Until feelings got intertwined and you cried your heart out from fear of being broken,
But broken souls beget broken souls,
I found peace in you and you have found peace in me and so forever shall it be.
