Hush now, my beating heart;
tranquility may be found in the stillness.
Acknowledge your suffering;
trust, your afflictions are temporary.
Vulnerability entices you to self-destruct;
promises will lure you into the dark spaces.
Remember; your fire burns like a thousand suns;
a strength so intense, the pain, erupts in flames.
Cherish the memories, they are eternally yours.
No experience goes without lessons.
The challenge is to remain strong;
for you have the power to be invincible.
