Second Thoughts – Author Damon E. Johnson

My hands were meant to touch

my arms were made to hold

lately, I’ve been missing you so much

and my bed, at times is unbearably cold

Indeed I was a fool to ever let you go

and my heart hasn’t quite been the same

there is a candle sitting in the window

but my tears keep drowning out the flame
