Night And Day – Author Tracy Seiden

She walks in night, her blue velvet gown of darkness floating around her ankles as she dances in starlight.  Shadows flow around her as she slips through the trees; her evergreen eyes watching the dark waters of the river carry secrets downstream, a midnight blue ribbon struck through with quicksilver moonlight.

Sounds of water, wind through leaves soothes her soul, though it isn’t long until her thoughts slip out of her darkness into the light of his sunlit face. He is away dreaming of dawn so she sends her stardust to light his way keeping him safe until daybreak.

He sleeps through the night, his sunlit face calm, recharging to rise with the dawn and wake the world with his warmth. Dreaming of dark blue velvet shadows, his face beams when a cascade of stardust lights up her face as night moves toward dawn.
