  1. One upon a time, I was a lost soul. I was caught and paralyzed by the past. I thought I could go somewhere, do something, to go back in time and make everything “right” again. I could not find my place no matter how far or long I traveled.
I heard about this very secret place from a friend of a friend of a friend. What did I need to do to get there? To get to this “secret place,” I will have to give up all of my possessions. I will be able to go back into the past, re-write my own history, and get to meet my “new, improved-self” on the other side, the present.
It was going to be a long journey and everything I had was gone, with one small exception. I brought my Bible. I was hoping to get a little advice or insight during this massively lengthy trip.
I eventually arrive to my desired destination, this ancient shrine I was told about, I made it, and, as an added bonus, I had almost completed the entire Bible! I just had to read
Psalms 90:12-Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.
    Then I heard to voice.
I whipped my heard around the entire shrine. I could not see anything or anyone. I looked up and down, left and right, and still no one. That’s when I knew who it was. It was God, guiding me and looking out for me. The reflection in the archway was ME. It was me, forever stuck in this very moment in time. How could I change ANYTHING AT ALL sitting, stable, still? If I wanted to change things, my only way was to turn myself around and live in the present FOR the future.
God had just saved my life, and the message I took away was to work on writing my OWN future.
