Don’t believe what “THEY” tell you, it isn’t true.
worthiness isn’t decided by the size of your waistline
or your bra size and neither is beauty.
You don’t have to be a size three to be happy.
Happiness comes from accepting yourself,
and by finding meaning and purpose for your life.
“They” want you to believe that you are
what you look like on the outside.
See the beauty in yourself,
it is there in every aspect;
your mind, body, loving heart and spirit.
“They” will send lots of things to block your path,
to make you stumble.
Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and keep going.
Remember they can’t hurt you,
unless you believe them,
unless you let them.
Remember what “they” call imperfection,
is the very thing that makes you beautiful.
