You may, for example, need to change some aspect of your active life. You may decide to use the unsent letter as the basis for a letter that you do send. You may discover unsent letters are excellent ways to finish business with people and events that are no longer a part of your life.

Write an unsent letter – You don’t need to know everything you’re going to say. Allow the letter to ramble and develop in your usual style.

  1. I usually try you r prompts. They are helpful, I must confess. Sometimes it’s where I just randomly create something. Or maybe, I guess it’s the fact that you prompt me to review myself through ways I can never imagine.

I lost my cousin on Thursday. I didn’t go to his funeral. My excuse was that I was busy, but the real reason was that I was afraid to be around people who were crying over the fact that someone so close to them is dead.

See, thing is, I’m way emotional. Now, here is the different part: I don’t show my emotions on the outside, they just burn me from inside. But it hurts so much that I become so hard on myself and I push people away, because I tend to have this rage of anger and hatred over the universe and it’s mysterious workings.

I guess this is therapeutic for me. And the fact that facing our worst fears is one hell of problem for almost every human, you’re right to say I’m afraid- of what my life would be like.

Anyway, we’re just human and we can never certainly predict where the wind would take us, I guess we just need to have the guts to hold on something when we’re blown to where we don’t like.

    Regards.
