Starving my art.
Society played its part.
Dousing my creative spark.
Changing my drive to park.
Keeping my colors in set lines.
Stunting my mentally growing mind.
Coalescing me up for conformity crimes.
Setting the standards for selling my time.
But my blood didn’t come from the elite line.
So, I’m just a base model of the same design.
